This week i really pushes myself more than i ever have before and I️m very very sore but better to be sore than sorry am i right?? I did a lot of classes this week to try something new and I really enjoyed them!! I have been taking videos and pictures all project to show my progress and I will present them in my final product.
Monday- 8 mile run Tuesday- Off day. (I was sick) Wendsday- leg workout & 5 mile run. Thursday- Cardio track workout Friday- off day. Saturday- 8.5 mile run Sunday- 4 mile run.

as you know this week was thanksgiving so i will be out of town. I fit in some minor workouts and runs but nothing too hard. Week 11 &12 will have to be super intense to meet my goal but i can do I️t! Here are my workouts- monday- 4 mile run
tuesday- ab workout Wed- off day Thursday - off day friday- 5 mile run Saturday- off day sunday - 6 miles hey guys so this project is coming to and end and i cant believe I️t!! I️t went by so fast! This week has been a hard week to fit things in but i tried my best! I only got to workout out 3 days so i will just give you those. I have has a lot with my mom being out of town i had to take over her responsibilities for the week. Hopefully next week will be more successful!!

This week has been kind of a stressful week in terms of finding time to workout. I’ve had a lot of homework and a lot going on. I had to work 3 days this week and babysit 2 days. i did find some time to workout though, it hasn’t been as successful as past weeks but hey everyone has bad weeks.

I have stepped up my workouts to a bit harder and I have seen my times improving like never before. I feel a lot better about myself and I’m very proud of the progress I have been making!! Lots of long runs this week. So ladies and Gents this was Week 3 of this process of running & getting in shape and such and honestly it has been great. I feel so much better about myself after I do my workouts and I can tell that I am slowly but surely seeing some good results in my times and also in the way I over all feel while I’m running. I can tell I don’t get as easily winded or tired anymore and I’m not sore after a 3 mike run like I used to be. Hello my fellow bloggers! Well this week has been an interesting week. With all the events that have happened at school these past couple days and hectic situations in the community. Luckily I’ve still been able to fit workouts in here and there. I am making a lot of progress in my times and I can really tell differences in my endurance and even my mental state. I have always read that when you work out you have a better mental state but I never believed it until I really started to see for myself. So for anyone who does not workout I really really recommend it. Here are my workouts for the week: Monday- 4 mile run 38 mins Tuesday- 30 minute oblique crunch workout Wendsday- off day. Thursday- 3 mile run (27.3 mins) and 40 minute leg workout. Friday- off day. Saturday- 5 mile run with core workout Sunday- 3 mile slow jog. For recovery This week has been a great week! I have done a lot of intensive cardio this week and some body weight training. Also took a long hike at Pilot Mountian State Park on Saturday.
